Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only issue a refund or exchange for damaged or wrong items send, if you received a damaged or defective item you can contact us on support@bambart.com or through mobile number and we will give a solution for the problem either by refund or by sending new products. you need to provide proper proof for the damage or defect to our support team. our support team has the full authority to approve or reject your claim

Refunds (if applicable)
Once our support team inspected the case, we will send you an email or Whatsapp Message to notify whether your claim is accepted or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
